The third workshop ISOTRAPIK will take place in Brest-Plouzané (access) from Wednesday 28th September (14:00am) to Friday 30th September 2011 (04:00 pm).

This workshop is a technical training  for  students, technicians, engineers and scientists performing trace element and isotopes analyses using TIMS, ICP-AES, HR-ICP-MS and Laser ICP-MS. The following modules will be addressed:  general principles, maintenance, sample preparation, optimization, analyses, data processing.  
The number of attendees is limited to 12.
The workshop is sponsored by CNRS which will pay for on site expenses (lodging and meals). The transport for CNRS agents will be paid by their Regional Delegation. University staff should ask their University for travel expenses. PhD students application are encouraged. Students should ask their laboratory or Doctoral School for travel expenses. The candidates must specify upon registration each one of the two instruments of their choice among the six available: MAT263, Triton, Neptune, Element2, ICP-AES, Laser.
