Since the beginning of the HERMINE cruise, the kitchen team ensures a perfect service. Always varied and healthy, dishes are luscious and keep the crew and scientists morale up.
Frédéric, Laurent and Gwénolé, the cooks, compete in imagination to serve good recipes, though fresh vegetables and fruits stocks are running low since few days now. On Sunday, the menu is fancy, traditionally served with a glass of wine. The ambiance is good and the stomachs full, ready for the on board work.
The service on board and the ship intendance is also managed by Caroline, Noric and Jean-Luc that sends Hélène the webmaster, a quick hello.
